How do I wear my CLOMP device?
The CLOMP is designed to be worn on your right thigh: 1. Insert the CLOMP into the holder according to the shape of the sensor hole. 2. Insert it into the band so that the CLOMP power button is directing upward. 3. Slide the band on your right thigh that the center mark on the band is place in the center of your knee. 4. Take a sit and straighten your legs then wear the lowermost bottom of the band is 10cm upward from the kneecap.
How do I charge my CLOMP?
1. Plug the USB cable into your computer or charging adaptor. 2. Place the CLOMP device on the wireless charger upside down so that the detectors are facing upright. 3. CLOMP charging indicator will show the status of the battery.
How do I start a workout with the CLOMP app?
Download the CLOMP App on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Long press the CLOMP power button to turn it on and follow the instructions in the CLOMP App to connect Bluetooth and start a workout.
When and where should I use CLOMP?
Is there a set number of workouts to carry out while using CLOMP?
Does the device have to be used with the smartphone application?
Is the device only applicable while running?
Currently, the product is only applied to use on treadmills and outdoor track running. But through constant application updates, we plan to provide various workouts like biking, hiking, etc. With the feedback provided by our Indiegogo backers, we will further develop our product to be applied across multiple workout environments.
Are the run level tests harmful to our bodies?
Why doesn't my heartrate show up?
CLOMP does not measure heartrate. Apple watch needs to be paired with iPhone to measure heartrate simultaneously. 1) Allow CLOMP app to access health data from the health kit. 2) Launch CLOMP Apple watch app from the dock 3) Press start to measure heartrate while using the app.
